1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing in to or using Prove your Rank, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Educational Purpose & Non-Affiliation
Prove your Rank is an independent educational project created for competitive exam practice. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) authorities, or any official examination body. Ratings and ranks on this platform are for practice only and do not represent official exam scores or rankings.
3. Unsaved or Interrupted Duels
Duels must be completed continuously in a single active browser session. If a duel is interrupted for any reason—including page refresh, browser navigation (such as pressing the Back button), tab closure, network disconnection, server error, or failure to save after completion—the duel is automatically discarded and will not be saved or recovered.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & No Liability for Errors or Code Issues
Prove your Rank is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
- The creator makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of questions, answers, solutions, timers, opponent simulations, or rating calculations.
- The creator is not responsible for any software bugs, glitches, server downtime, database failures, or issues in the website code, nor for any duel data, ratings, or progress that is lost, corrupted, or not stored properly in the system.
- Under no circumstances shall the creator of Prove your Rank be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or exam performance outcomes arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
5. Fair Play & Account Termination
Users must not use automated scripts, bots, browser extensions, or exploits to manipulate duels, ratings, or the Global Leaderboard. The creator reserves the right to reset ratings, modify data, or suspend/delete any account at any time without prior notice.
